Order Cancellations
FirstHotDeals operates as a deal aggregator and affiliate platform. We do not process orders, payments, or handle shipments directly. All product purchases are made on our partner retailers' websites (such as Amazon, Flipkart, AliExpress, and Walmart).
How to Cancel an Order
If you need to cancel an order you discovered through our website, you must do so directly with the retailer where the transaction was completed. Each retailer has its own cancellation window and procedures:
- Amazon: You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. Visit the "Your Orders" section on Amazon.
- Flipkart: Orders can typically be cancelled before they are shipped. Go to "My Orders" on Flipkart to initiate a cancellation.
- Walmart: You have a limited time to cancel after placing an order before it begins processing. Check your Walmart account details.
- AliExpress: You can cancel an order while its status is "Awaiting Shipment" by logging into your AliExpress account.
- AliExpress: You can cancel an order while its status is "Awaiting Shipment" by logging into your AliExpress account.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Any refunds resulting from a cancelled order will be processed and issued directly by the retailer according to their policies. FirstHotDeals does not handle or have visibility into refund transactions.
